New Customer’s First Order Ships: T9-L1390SCCD Heads to Shenzhen’s Longgang District

On October 24, 2026, Temei Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Temei”) loaded one T9-L1390SCCD laser cutting machine in Huizhou and dispatched it to Longgang, Shenzhen. The machine has a 300W power configuration and is intended mainly for the advertising industry. It is the first order from a new Temei customer.

The customer is new to Temei, and this is the first time the two sides have worked together. The machine is bound for Longgang, Shenzhen, where it will be used mainly in advertising-industry production.

The T9-L1390SCCD is a laser cutting machine with a 300W power configuration. It ships with supporting components, including an industrial water chiller that handles cooling and temperature control during operation. In advertising applications, laser power must be matched to the material, its thickness, and the process requirements, so actual cutting results depend on the materials and process parameters the customer uses.

Before shipment, the machine completed commissioning and was found to be in good condition, meeting the requirements for dispatch. For packaging, the main unit is wrapped in protective materials such as foam board and EPE foam, covered with clear stretch film, and fitted with a yellow protective board secured by a strap at one end. The carton attached to the unit is marked “Glass Products – Please Handle With Great Care.” The chiller is packed in a stretch-wrapped carton on a wooden pallet, with markings for fragile contents, keep dry, this side up, and no hooks. A long corrugated carton, sealed with tape and marked “Valuable Glass Instruments – Handle Gently,” also carries keep-dry, this-side-up, and do-not-step-on symbols. A wooden crate sits on a pallet, wrapped in stretch film.

Once loading was complete, the main unit, chiller, long carton, and wooden crate were arranged in separate sections of the cargo compartment, and the shipment was dispatched.

After the machine arrived at the customer’s site in Longgang, Shenzhen, Temei technicians completed installation the same day.

For Temei, this is the first order from a new customer, and a complete run through the workflow from commissioning and packaging to loading, dispatch, and on-site installation.
